Since Fall is finally upon us, and that means FOOTBALL is back (!!!), I thought I would share some of my favorite game-watching snacks. GO STEELERS!!
First, Bacon Tomato Swiss Cups. My Mom used to make these all the time for parties, and I brought them back last fall. They're relatively easy to make, and always a crowd pleaser!

First, your ingredients:
- 8 slices of bacon (more or less depending on your love of bacon)
- 1/4- 1/2 cup of light mayo (enough to bind the mixture)
- 1 whole tomato
- Basil (I sprinkle it liberally)
- 8 ounces swiss cheese
- 1 package Crescent rolls
- Pam non-stick spray
- Muffin tin

Dice the tomato into small little squares, and remove the seeds (prevents soggy dough)

Fry your bacon till extra crispy.

Dry the bacon in a paper towel and then rip into small pieces. I usually put the bacon into new paper towel then wad it up into a ball so they fall into smaller pieces then rip the remaining lager pieces by hand.

Shred your cheese, (or if you bought already shredded swiss) and combine into a bowl with the mayo.

Mix until all of the components are combined. I usually sprinkle some basil in at this point, too.

Pre-heat oven to 375. Spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray. Take your credent rolls and tear them into smaller pieces, and mold then into the bottom of the tins.

Now, scoop the mixture into the tins, about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full. (Oliver decided he needed to watch me and make sure I was doing it right).

Sprinkle more basil on top of the individual cups, and then it's ready to go into the oven!

Bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes, or until the sides are golden brown. Keep checking them, as the dough can take longer to cook. Let sit for 10 minutes to cool.

TA DA! The final product! Enjoy!
